Privacy and data
What is recorded, what is not, and how long it is kept.
Recorded: request paths, status codes, request headers that describe the client (user agent, language, fetch metadata, signatures), the visitor's address and network, device and browser properties, and timing of input events.
Not recorded: what people type, form values, cookies other than our own, page content, or payment details.
Purchases: the customer's email or id is hashed on your server before it is sent. We only see the hash, used to notice many customers buying from one device.
Retention: visits are kept for your plan's history period (7 days on Free, 90 days on Pro, 13 months on Business). Deleting a site deletes everything recorded for it.
Never blocking: the kits never block, challenge or slow down a visitor. If our platform is unreachable, your store carries on and that data is simply missed.
